This jump rope is ideal for the active user. The rope is red and black. There is one screw on each side to adjust the length of the rope and is very easy to adjust. The handles are the perfect weight and size to hold and use with ease. It is light weight but yet durable. I use it daily and have had no problems. It even comes with its own little bag for safe keeping. That is especially important to me because my kids always misplace my rope. I use the rope for everyday fitness and the light weight of the rope makes it ideal to use. I would recommend this product for anyone looking to train with ease.
